I've got 19/20 bobbleheads the only bobblehead i dont have is in the blown up ruins of Raven Rock... NOOO!! and the best way to level up is stick it on hard or very hard and raid the Super Duper Mart then go to meuseum of history and there will be loads of muties outside and in the whitehouse kill all of them then go back to super duper mart and just repeat got me to level 20 in no time (b4 i got broken steel)

In the PC version you can just open the console & you can easily unlock chevo's by entering some simple commands.
I tried that on my US account.
Naturally, it's nowhere near as satisfactory as actually earning them.
I'd only do that if I encounter a bugged achievement or one that can't be unlocked without restarting completely (like the 19 bobbleheads thingey there, unless you can revert to a Raven Rock save.)

I have the pc version too and i was tempted to open up the console and type unlock achievment.1 (something like that) and do it for all of em but i didnt

Don't unless it's an achievement that requires you to start all over again because the area to get it has been locked out.
Getting them the normal way gives a sense of accomplishment.
Using console, not at all.
Like I said: I only used 'em on a US-silver account to do some testing.

Fallout 3 PC borrowed off a friend and Fallout 3 xbox i got second hand... downloaded all PC Expansions legally and got the GOTY Disc to get all Fallout 3 Expansions so i spent

£20 all together - (Fallout Xbox 360 second hand)
Borrowed all the others
